Rick Benson - founder & president

Rick Benson, a serial real estate investor and entrepreneurial business owner, is the Founder of MEDAM | LLC and several commercial  real estate ventures. He is a Real Estate Executive with extensive experience with development, ownership, finance, accounting, asset management, and equity capital syndication. 

As Managing Co-Founder of Hat Trick Development 

he spent a decade successfully building a large regional medical office development firm based in Austin, Texas. Combined he has been involved with over  25 new specialized medical office projects, NNN retail commercial properties, and residential housing developments totaling over 400,000 square feet, included $40 million of equity, and negotiated debt financing on over $ 200 million  in Enterprise Value (EV) of the assets developed (AD) across 5 states. 

Rick received his BA in Economics degree from Harvard University in 1981. He played Varsity Hockey and became one of the first Harvard athletes to become a 4-year varsity lettermen.
