Rick Benson, Founder of Medam, LLC is an accomplished entrepreneur and real estate executive with deep expertise in with development, operations, CFO finance, accounting, asset management, and equity capital syndication. 

As Co-Founder of Hat Trick Development, Rick spearheaded the growth of a leading regional medical office development firm based in Austin, Texas, for nearly two decades. His portfolio includes more than 20 specialized medical office projects, NNN retail commercial properties, and residential developments totaling over 400,000 square feet. Rick has helped to raise over $40 million of equity, and secured debt financing for assets with an enterprise value exceeding $ 200 million across 5 states. 

A 1981 Harvard University graduate with a BA in Economics, Rick was also a standout athlete, earning distinction as one of Harvard's first four-year varsity hockey lettermen. His leadership, strategic vision, and dedication continue to drive innovation and success in the real estate industry.
